HR Photo Videos LLC (“HR Photo Videos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, request information, submit a form, schedule a consultation, communicate with us, or use our photography and video services.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, and mailing address.
- Inquiry and appointment information, such as services of interest, event or session dates, consultation details, messages, and scheduling preferences.
- Service-planning information that you voluntarily provide, including wedding or event details and, for maternity services, pregnancy week or estimated due date.
- Communications and consent records, including messages and, when available, source, URL, date and time, consent type and value, and opt-out records.
- Transaction information necessary to administer services. Payments may be processed by third parties, including Stripe and Square. We do not receive or store complete payment-card numbers in our CRM; payment providers give us limited transaction and payment-method information.
- Technical and usage information, which may include IP address, browser and device data, pages visited, and site interactions.
2. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide requested information.
- Schedule, confirm, manage, and remind you about consultations, appointments, events, and services.
- Provide photography, video, and related customer services.
- Communicate with you by email, telephone, or text message according to your requests and consent choices.
- Send marketing or promotional text messages only when you have separately opted in to receive them.
- Maintain records, administer our business, improve our services, protect our systems, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
- Measure website use and advertising performance. HR Photo Videos has used Facebook/Meta advertising, but does not currently perform intentionally configured Meta/Facebook retargeting and does not currently use Google Ads. If advertising or retargeting is enabled in the future, we may use permitted website-interaction information to measure campaigns, select audiences, or present relevant advertising, subject to applicable notices, choices, consent, and other requirements.
3. Text Messaging and Mobile Information
If you affirmatively opt in to receive text messages, we use your mobile number and consent information to send the categories of messages described at the point of opt-in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.
You may reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for assistance. After an opt-out request, we may send one final message confirming that your request was processed.
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may disclose mobile information to providers that help us deliver messages and operate our program, such as telecommunications carriers, messaging platforms, and CRM or technical service providers. They may use the information only to perform services for us or as required by law.
4. When We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information:
- To providers that support our website, CRM, appointment scheduling, communications, file delivery, payment processing, security, and business operations.
- When required by law, legal process, or a valid government request.
- To protect the rights, safety, and security of HR Photo Videos, our clients, or others.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Providers may include, as applicable, GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, Stripe, Square, Pixieset, MediaZilla, Meta/Facebook, Google Analytics, and hosting, gallery, media-delivery, production, communications, and customer-service providers. Not every provider receives every category of information.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website and providers may use cookies, pixels, or similar technologies for language preferences, site operation, security, scheduling, analytics, and advertising measurement. The site uses Google Analytics and Meta Pixel technology associated with Facebook advertising. HR Photo Videos does not currently perform intentionally configured Meta/Facebook retargeting and does not currently use Google Ads. If advertising or retargeting features are enabled in the future, these technologies may be used to measure campaigns, select audiences, or present relevant advertising, subject to applicable notices, choices, and consent mechanisms.
You can control certain cookies through your browser settings and, when offered, site preference tools. Limiting cookies may affect some features.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide contracted services, maintain legitimate business and consent records, meet accounting, tax, legal, and compliance obligations, document transactions, resolve disputes, and support security and fraud prevention. Retention varies by record type and purpose.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices and Requests
- You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe method included in the message.
- You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.
- You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-retention requirements.
This policy does not create rights that do not otherwise apply under law. We will evaluate verified requests under the laws applicable to the requester and our business.
9. Children’s Privacy
HR Photo Videos legitimately provides photography and video services involving minors. Reservations and service arrangements involving minors are handled by a parent, guardian, or authorized adult, and information concerning a minor should be provided by an appropriate adult in connection with the service. A separate minor release may be used when applicable. Our online forms and booking processes are intended for adults, not for children independently submitting personal information.
10. External Services and Links
Our website may link to or embed third-party scheduling, CRM, gallery, media-delivery, social, payment, analytics, hosting, production, or customer-service technologies. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The updated version will display a revised effective date and will be posted on our website.
