These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the HR Photo Videos LLC website, online inquiry and scheduling tools, and text-messaging program. They do not replace a separate photography or videography proposal, invoice, service agreement, or event contract.

1. Business Identity

The website and communications program are operated by HR Photo Videos LLC (“HR Photo Videos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), 12211 Veirs Mill Rd, Silver Spring, MD 20906, United States.

2. Website and Online Tool Use

You may use our website, forms, and scheduling tools for lawful purposes, including learning about services, requesting information, and scheduling a consultation. You agree not to interfere with these services, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, or use them in violation of applicable law.

Website content is provided for general information and may be updated. Availability, scope, pricing, deliverables, event terms, deposits, payments, rescheduling, cancellations, and other service-specific obligations are governed by the applicable proposal, invoice, or signed client agreement, not these website and messaging terms.

3. Text-Messaging Program

When you separately and affirmatively opt in, HR Photo Videos LLC may send text messages to the mobile number you provide.

SMS consent must be provided by an adult age 18 or older, or by an authorized parent or legal guardian where applicable.

Depending on the consent you select, messages may include:

Customer care, appointment, and service messages: responses to inquiries; consultation or appointment confirmations and reminders; scheduling updates; service coordination; event or project updates; and client support.
Marketing and promotional messages: service information, offers, promotions, and business updates, only when you separately opt in to marketing texts.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions, appointments, services, and marketing preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. Consent applies only to the categories of messages described at the point of opt-in.

4. Opt-Out and Help

Reply STOP to opt out of future messages from the applicable messaging program. After you send STOP, we may send one final message confirming your opt-out. To receive messages again, you must opt in again through an approved method.

5. Carrier and Delivery Limitations

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier networks, device availability, account status, and other factors outside our control. Supported carriers and program availability may change.

6. Privacy and Mobile Information

Our collection and use of personal information, including mobile numbers and SMS consent records, are described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may use providers solely to operate the messaging program or provide services on our behalf, subject to appropriate restrictions.

7. Intellectual Property

Website text, branding, graphics, photographs, video, and other content may be protected by copyright, trademark, license, contract, or other applicable rights. Protected content may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission from the applicable rights holder. Rights in commissioned client work are governed by the applicable service agreement.

8. Website and Platform Availability

The website and online tools are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, HR Photo Videos LLC is not responsible for outages, transmission failures, or third-party platform interruptions outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions. The current version will display its effective date and will be posted on our website. Material changes to the SMS program or consent terms may require renewed consent where applicable.
