We believe that the magic that a newborn baby has is only experienced in the first days of life where they still bring with them the characteristics of Reflexes and sweetness, the love that unites them with the umbilical cord, which is why we recommend that parents-to-be book their first professional newborn photography session in advance.
Time never stands still with your newborn baby
There is nothing better than being able to capture and preserve those first days of life for my clients and their families. Providing you with a memorable experience and photographs that you will cherish for generations to come is my goal for each and every one of my families.
The best time to photograph a newborn baby is between 5 and 15 days of age, because babies are still sleeping so well. The safety, tranquility, warmth, hygiene and well-being of your child are essential during the photo session. My preference is for natural poses and soft colors and materials.
What is the ideal age for the session?
The ideal age for these sessions is the first 7 – 10 days after birth! Why? After these days newborns have a growth spurt, they become inseparable from mom and just eat all day. Then babies start to sleep less and less, they start to lose flexibility which is important when posing them for a photo, their skin starts to flake and they are a bit more irritable.
If you don’t manage to do your session in the first few weeks, don’t worry, it is possible to do the session almost up to 60 days, but maybe your baby will not be asleep in all the pictures or you won’t be able to do certain poses. If you promise to follow my instructions for the session, I guarantee success and beautiful pictures, no matter how old your baby is.
