Please note that after your date is scheduled on the calendar, if for any reason you need to change it, there will be a $50 rescheduling fee if the average time is more than 3 months from the day of booking

All sessions require a NON REFUNDABLE deposit before your date can be reserved on our calendar. The remaining balance will be due in cash or via Zelle transfer on the day of the session.
Clients are given a 20 minutes grace period for lateness; after 20 minutes, a $50 late fee will apply. if the client is late more than 30 minutes, the session will be canceled and the deposit forfeited; clients will have to reschedule with a new deposit made.
I will travel to the photoshoot location (outdoor sessions only) up to 30 minutes from my location (zip code 20906).
A travel fee will be applied if travel time is more than 30 minutes.

TURN AROUND TIME 5 Business days after your session, you will receive a proofing gallery to select your final images that are included in your package. In case you choose additional images, there will be a $35.00 fee per extra image. Proof galleries are for viewing purposes only. They cannot be printed or shared on social media. The proofing gallery is taken down from your gallery once your final gallery is delivered; final photos will be delivered in full resolution and without any watermarks.
It takes 25 business days after you select your photos for your final gallery to be ready.
Expedite turnaround time is available at an extra fee of $20.00 per image.

EDITING
All final images include basic retouching, which includes the removal of minor blemishes, small spots or scratches, small bruises, or single stray hairs. Anything beyond that is considered extensive retouching and is subject to an additional artwork fee of $30 per image.
Extensive retouching can be discussed to determine your best options.

MODEL RELEASE
The undersigned hereby grants HR PHOTO VIDEOS («HRPV») the absolute and irrevocable right and permission, in respect to the photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other media (hereinafter collectively known as “Images”) that has taken of me or my property, or minors in my care, or in which I may be included with others, to copyright the same, in HRPV own name or otherwise, to use, re-use, publish, re-publish, post, display, in printed form, or any and all media now or hereafter known, and for any legitimate purpose whatsoever. You hereby grant to HRPV the right to use and publish images and photographs taken at your photography session to promote further its service, including portfolio, print, website, display, advertisement, and editorial use. HRPV agrees to limit the use of these images and photographs to promotional use only. HRPV may revoke this license at any time and for any reason. HRPV retains all copyrights to the images and derivative works thereof. HRPV agrees to only use the baby’s first names and will leave any Social Media «tagging» up to the parents.

COPYRIGHT AND REPRODUCTION
The client agrees that all copyrights and/or intellectual property rights for all photographs taken at the session shall be held exclusively by HR Photo Videos. The client will receive images via an online gallery and may print at their discretion and purchase professional prints and items from the photographer. The client may also post images online and on social media (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, etc.) but must note HR Photo Videos as the photographer and include a feasible tag. The client is encouraged to back up their images upon receiving them. Your purchase of the original files releases HR Photo Videos from any liability due to the images’ loss or damage. Also, it releases HR Photo Videos from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, image, or photograph. The client may not sell, distribute or take credit for any of the photos taken by HR Photo Videos. HR Photo Videos  highly recommends that photographs be printed only through a professional printing lab. If the client prefers to print through a low-quality printer, HR Photo Videos is not responsible for the client being displeased with those printed products.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY RELEASE
By agreeing to a photography session with HR Photo Videos, I am hereby waiving, releasing, and discharging HR Photo Videos and all its affiliates, from any liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me or my family including my traveling to and from this event. HR Photo Videos is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business.

HR Photo Videos will do the best to keep the home studio clean and sanitized. Extra precautions will be taken to ensure safety.
By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by my mere presence. Such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected COVID-19 may result from actions, omissions, or negligence of myself or others, included, but not limited to, employees, volunteers, and the session participant and their families in this photo session.
I hereby release HR Photo Videos from any claims arising or in connection with any direct COVID-19 impact during the realization of the session.
